Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Pay Range: $24.00- $26.00 an hour

Hours: 8:00am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday

Job Summary:

Provide customer support by processing orders and responding to phone inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer purchase orders

Answer customer and dealer questions (product details, pricing, availability, repairs, and technical support)

Help customers choose the right products

Work with internal teams (Sales, Production, Accounting, Engineering, Shipping) to meet customer needs

Issue return authorization numbers

Coordinate demo equipment and shipping paperwork

Track shipments and provide tracking information

Assist walk-in customers

Perform other related duties as needed

Level of Responsibility:

Works under general supervision

Limited decision-making authority

Minimal impact on broader business decisions

Required Skills:

Customer service experience preferred

Strong phone communication skills

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred

1-3 years of customer service or office experience
